Private sessions are the perfect opportunity for deep listening and intuitive work. Whether you're looking to refine your yoga practice or you're a complete beginner and don't know where to start, private sessions are the perfect place to support your needs. Pippa specialises in teaching 1-2-1 and is particularly passionate about the therapeutic nature of working in this way.
 

This class is designed to introduce teen girls (13-18) to yoga. Through asana (movement), breath work and relaxation we will work mindfully to develop our awareness of the relationship between body and mind. This class aims to be a sanctuary for young women to move and speak safely as we encourage a healthy relationship with 'body' and 'self'. By giving girls tools and resources to develop awareness and a self care practice, we hope that it will support them life skills to take off the mat and into the world.

Union Station Yoga

These classes are open-level and spacious with a clear, focused approach to alignment that honours the need for different approaches for individual structures. This way of working aims to build strength and flexibility in both body and mind.
